The Lesotho Football Association boys and girls junior national team are scheduled for a busy August with friendly games against their counterparts from Botswana and South respectively.
Lesotho boys Under-20 side, Makoanyane XI, will go head-to-head with South Africa’s Amajita in two friendly matches slated for August 16th and 18th respectively in Maseru.
The matches are part of Makoanyane XI preparations for the CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations/COSAFA Qualifiers to be staged in Eswatini in September.
On the same dates, South will play host to the Lesotho under-17 side, Bahlabani as they also fine tune their preparations for the CAF Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations/COSAFA Qualifiers set for Mozambique in December with two friendly games against Amajimbos at a venue to be announced.
Meanwhile, the Lesotho girls Under-20 side will be at home to Botswana on Saturday 17th, where the two countries will play two friendly matches.
Botswana on the other side will host two games between their Under-17 girls teams, who will be welcoming their counterparts from Lesotho for two friendly games in the build-up for the COSAFA Girls Under-17 Tournament slated for Mozambique in December.
