<\/h3>\n<\/h3>\nThe Old Europa\u2019s side got off to a flying start scoring as early as the second minute of the game through Senate Letsie, but LDF were able to find their way back as Kholu Lebakeng levelled matters in the 45th<\/sup> minute.<\/p>\n Senate, who has been impressive for Kick4Life throughout the campaign was able to get her second of the day in the second half to hand Kick4Life the trophy.<\/p>\n Addressing the media in the post-match interview, Letsie said teamwork was the winner for her side that had to dig deep to get the better of their bitter rivals, who have been ruthless throughout the campaign.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m humbled, I feel so proud that today we are the winners especially winning it at our most tough competitions,\u201d Letsie said. \u201cIt was not an easy game; we knew they will make it difficult for us. We had to dig deep to make our supporters proud.\u201d<\/p>\n Kick4Life coach Elizabeth was over the moon with the success of her team and echoed the sentiments of Letsie that they had to dig deep to win the competition.<\/p>\n \u201cWe thank God for the success because it was a very tough campaign from the start to the end. All the teams in the league have improved and though we still managed to get the results, it was not easy,\u201d the Kick4Life coach stated.<\/p>\n \u201cCredit must go to all the teams in our group and LDF as the team we played in the final. They really got the best out of us.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are looking forward to the coming season, it\u2019s going to be exciting. I would like to thank the Super League Committee, LeFA women\u2019s desk and the Lesotho Football Association for giving the platform to play with this competition.”<\/p>\n For his part, LDF coach Lehloenya Nkhasi, admitted that the early goal worked against his team mentally, but the final between the two teams was a thriller.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was a good game of football. We had a good plan unfortunately we conceded early in the game and it affected our players mentally. We managed to comeback with the equalizer before halftime,\u201d Nkhasi said.<\/p>\n \u201cin the second half, we again we conceded early and tried to play. It\u2019s okay we lost, but I feel like a lot of things didn\u2019t work in our favour on the day.
