Notši attends Afcon coaches Symposium in Abidjan
The Lesotho Men’s Senior National Team Coach, Leslie Notši jetted for Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire to attend the CAF TotalEnergies Afcon Coaches Symposium scheduled for Thursday and Friday this week.
The Likuena coach headed for the West African country from Morocco, where the national team played their opening fixtures of the TotalEnergies 2025 Africa Cup of Nations against Central African Republic and Morocco respectively.
Notši will among 50 of the continent’s national team coaches who will be in attendance of the Symposium in Abidjan, which will be headlined by Côte d’Ivoire’s Emerse Fae, who masterminded the Elephants turn around to clinch the prestigious continental showpiece on home soil.
The CAF Coaches Symposium will focus on the performance of National Teams during the successful TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Cote D’Ivoire 2023- rated as the best AFCON in the history of the competition.
Notsi is expected back in the Kingdom on Saturday, where he will join a group of local and international coaches, who will be attending the CAF A License Coaching Diploma Refresher Course as the first ever coaches to undergo the training in Lesotho.
The three-day course will be facilitated by renowned CAF Instructor Serame Letsoaka with former national team stars such as Lehlohonolo Seema and Likuena assistant coach Bob Mafoso among participants as well as international coaches like Morena Ramoreboli and Mark Harrison.
