The Lesotho Football Association Secretary General Mokhosi Mohapi and Technical Director Caswell More have been invited to attend the FIFA Technical Leadership Introductory Workshop for Technical Directors and leadership collaboration with General Secretaries taking place in Tanzania from August 11-15.
The bespoke workshop aimed at supporting and preparing new Technical Directors in their role while embedding leadership principles as part of the TD’s working relationship with their GS.
The purpose of the workshop is to discuss and provide an overview of the TD’s role, functions, and prioritize and to explain the support, programmes and services offered by FIFA Global Football Development Team to help TDs succeed in their role.
The Workshop will also outline and discuss the principles of leadership collaboration and communication required to work effectively within a member association as part of senior management team.
Part one of the workshop will be attended by only TDs from 11-12 and the GSs will join in from August 15 to the final day on Friday.
